Q: Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
A: No. There may occassionally be clearance sales and set bundle discounts. However there no major discounts for buying, for example, 100 of the same charm. 

Q: Do you accept refunds?
A: No. All sales are final, please double check your order before placing it.  We are not reponsible for lost/stolen packages if it has been marked 'delivered' by the post office. Please contact us for refunds ONLY if your order is defective or officially missing.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We ship from California and all packages are shipped via USPS. I'm a one man army, so depending on my workload processing your order may take 1-2 weeks. For domestic orders, packages can take a week (5 business days) to arrive. International orders depending on country will take 1-2 months. Please let us know if you’re having any problems with your order or need expedited shipping.

[Pre-Order] These items are up for sale for a certain duration. These will not follow the processing time mentioned above. These may take an additional 1-2 weeks AFTER the order period has ended before shipment.
